1. Story & Experience Sharing Circles

Hosting informal online or in-person gathering where Carers share personal stories, challenges, and uplifting moments.

Producing short video clips or quotes (with consent) to share during the awareness day.

Including a creative element inspired by caring experiences.
2. Skills & Wellbeing Workshops

Partnering with local health professionals organisations to run mini-sessions on stress relief, mindfulness, or health screening and wellbeing education.

Offering a “swap shop” of tips — Carers exchange practical hacks for daily challenges.
